Born and raised in Los Angeles, Max Roux is known for his award-winning short films and digital series, like “Bus Stop Shorts,” which garnered praise for its poetic portrayal of a man masturbating at a bus stop with a bag on his head. His films have screened at festivals nationwide, several of which have premiered online on NoBudge. A classically trained actor who lost out on parts in “The Amazing Spider-Man,” “A Nightmare on Elm Street,” “Jennifer’s Body” and several pilots that ended up getting cancelled anyway, Max was in an NFL commercial with Deion Sanders and Jake from State Farm that helped pay for a trip to Toronto. He is currently developing his first feature film, "Auxiliary Man" starring Lewis Pullman ("Top Gun: Maverick") as a neurotic criminal who finally gets to live out his life-long dream of murdering someone for money. In his free time, he can be found frantically rearranging his DVD collection and co-hosting America's #1 podcast, Rotten Rewind.
